Congratulations Mike Bitzko: CadPlex Acquired by PCB Matrix

Mike Bitzko, who gave a great short talk last May year on lessons learned from the acquisition of his last company (see his interview with Ann Marcus), reports that he has successfully negotiated the acquisition of CadPlex by PCB Matrix. Once the dust settles we will see if we can get him to give an updated version of his lessons learned.
