Which business entity is right for your consulting practice? The answer relies on many factors and the correct choice is not always clear. PATCA’s February dinner meeting features attorney, Inna Efimchik, a corporate and securities specialist who works extensively with small business and technology startups. She will discuss the four primary types of business entities and current issues in considering each of these choices: Sole proprietorships, Partnerships, LLCs, and Corporations.
